Fulfillment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fulfillment
Fitness OS provides digital business support services, including custom marketing systems, coaching materials, onboarding resources, and exclusive access to private training communities. Upon purchase, clients receive access to all applicable tools, trainings, and resources via email and/or account onboarding within 24 hours.

Cancellations
Subscriptions or service plans can be canceled at any time by:

• Messaging the admin through your member dashboard, or

• Emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line “Cancel My Account.”

• After cancellation, service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No additional charges will occur after that period.

Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our services and delivery of exclusive assets, we do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has started. This includes partial months.
